Our Preventative Maintenance service is like an annual or bi-annual dental cleaning. It’s usually a low-cost, quick process.

Our Evaluation-Analysis service starts with a structural evaluation, which is an in-depth inspection of the entire building and any problems found. Then our expert Engineers do an analysis to rate any findings and provide details of their recommendations. It’s a longer, more expensive process that involves more personnel and checkpoints.
